Graphic Designer : Social, Web & Ad Creative | Scentira | Zirakpur (On-site) Scentira is a D2C luxury fragrance brand. We make designer and niche perfumes accessible through decants, discovery sets and curated sampling, and we're building a brand that looks and feels as premium as the bottles we pour from. We're hiring a Graphic Designer who can hold a high-end visual standard across everything a customer sees: Instagram, our Shopify storefront, and paid ads. What you'll do Design premium social media creatives — Instagram feed, carousels, stories, reels covers — with a consistent luxury visual language Build website media: homepage banners, collection art, product page graphics, discovery set visuals, campaign landing page assets Produce performance ad creatives for Meta and Google — static and motion-adjacent — built for testing, not just for looks Create packaging inserts, label mockups, and print collateral as needed Work with product photography: retouching, compositing, colour and shadow work on bottle and vial shots Ship variants fast for A/B testing, and iterate based on what actually converts Maintain and extend the brand kit — type, colour, spacing, templates — so output stays consistent as volume grows What we're looking for 2–3 years designing for a D2C, e-commerce, beauty, fragrance or luxury brand Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma for web assets A portfolio that shows genuine craft — restraint, typography, whitespace, composition. Templated Canva work won't clear the bar Understanding of the difference between brand creative and performance creative, and comfort switching between the two Basic motion skills (After Effects or Premiere) are a strong plus Ability to take a brief, ask the right questions, and turn it around without heavy hand-holding Based in or willing to relocate to the Chandigarh tricity area — this role is on-site Why this role Small team, direct access to the founder, and real ownership of how the brand looks Fast shipping cycles — your work goes live in days, not quarters A category where visual quality is the product experience
