V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a HR Manager III for our premier client in Charlotte, NC.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExperience supporting executive or senior-level clients and their organizations, including exempt and non-exempt employeesExperience supporting geographically diverse, matrixed client groups, preferably in a Technology, Operations, or highly complex corporate environment5+ years of increasing HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR consulting experience5+ years of project management, program management, or strategic partnering experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrated experience supporting talent management processes, including talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, career development, engagement, and performance managementDemonstrated strength in coaching, employee relations, conflict resolution, and manager consultationStrong analytical skills with the ability to compile people data, identify themes, and develop clear summaries, insights, and recommendations.

Desired Characteristics:

Experience within financial services, technology, or other highly regulated and complex organizationsStrong business acumen and ability to quickly understand Technology organization structures, priorities, and talent needsHighly organized and able to create structure, accountability, and momentum across multiple workstreams

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Support talent review, calibration, succession planning, career development, and performance management processes, including preparation of materials, leader follow-ups, and action item trackingCoordinate and manage key Technology HR operating rhythms, including agendas, priority trackers, deliverables, decision follow-ups, talent calendars, and team routinesSupport HR governance and people-process execution, including headcount reconciliation, immigration tracking, organizational planning, recurring reporting, and other talent or workforce processesAnalyze people data, identify themes, and create clear summaries, presentations, and recommendations for HR and Technology leadership.
