• Analyze defects, identify root causes & improve product quality.
• Conduct inspection, testing & validation to meet quality standards.
• Supervise and guide staff to ensure process reliability & consistent output.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering & Supply Chain for process improvements.
• Implement company policies & SOPs at the workplace.

Education:

• BSc Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• 2 to 4 Years
