Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Lead Location: Bengaluru, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai Experience: 8-10 years Key Skills: Oracle Fusion Payroll, US Payroll, UK Payroll, Fast Formulae, Data Loads, Integrations Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead to drive end-to-end payroll implementation projects. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in US, UK, or Global Payroll systems alongside a strong technical understanding of payroll design, configuration, and integration to deliver seamless global payroll solutions. What will your role look like • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation projects and guide project deliverables. • Design and configure core payroll functionalities, including Payroll Flows, Fast Formulae, and Parallel Run Reconciliation. • Manage and oversee critical payroll technical components such as Data Loads, Integrations, Payment Files, and Reports. • Drive stakeholder management and ensure excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle. We would like you to bring along • 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations. • Proven track record of playing the Payroll Lead role in at least two end-to-end implementation projects. • Strong domain expertise in US Payroll, UK Payroll, or Global/Core Payroll operations. • Sound technical understanding of Payroll Flows, Fast Formulae, Integrations, Payment Files, and Data Loads. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively navigate complex projects.
