The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Proven Superintendent experience within commercial construction Background delivering quick service restaurant, convenience store, fuel station, retail, or restaurant projects Experience managing fast-track construction schedules Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and subcontractor management Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license required Proficiency with construction scheduling and project documentation software What's on Offer Base salary: $100,000 - $115,000 depending on experience Annual bonus opportunity based on project and company performance Camper allowance, Vehicle allowance, travel allowance 401(k) program Profit Sharing Plan Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid Time Off Long-term career growth with a respected commercial construction organization Opportunity to manage a steady pipeline of repeat-client projects across the Southeast Interested?
