Performance Marketing Specialist

Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google, and own the number they produce.

You will own budgets and be judged on return, not on impressions. We would rather turn a campaign off than let it run because the dashboard looks busy.

What you will do

• Plan and launch paid campaigns across Meta and Google for client accounts
• Own budget pacing, creative testing and the reporting that follows
• Tie spend to pipeline, not to clicks
• Tell a client when paid is the wrong answer for their problem

What we are looking for

• Two or more years running paid media with real budgets
• Comfortable with attribution being imperfect, and honest about it
• Able to brief a designer well enough to get creative worth testing
• Spreadsheet fluency

How we work

Small senior team, no middle layer. You talk to the client and to the founder directly, and you own what you ship from scope through to production.
