Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in the Steel / TMT industry to manage sales operations across Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and key customers.
- Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
- Lead and manage the sales team for the region.
- Ensure effective market coverage and customer engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in the Steel / TMT industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu steel/TMT market.
- Proven experience in sales and dealer/distributor management.
- Good communication, negotiation and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Candidates currently working in the Steel / TMT industry will be preferred.
