Motive, a leading fleet‑operations platform, seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Support Engineering to lead a significant portion of our Tier 2/3 Technical Support organization within Global Support. You will own performance, staffing, and operating rhythm across multiple teams and customer segments.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support Ops, and Workforce Management to scale support excellence as the business grows, while driving CSAT, SLA, FCR, backlog
