We're looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist with strong expertise in Power BI and Snowflake to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Power BI , with the ability to design enterprise-grade BI solutions, optimize data models, and deliver high-performance dashboards.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build scalable data models and create advanced DAX calculations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and analytics solutions within Snowflake.
• Design data warehouse solutions using Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize report and database performance.
• Configure Power BI Gateways, scheduled refreshes, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Partner with data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Snowflake queries, workloads, and data models in production environments.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI and Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in:
• Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Report Optimization)
• Snowflake (Architecture, Performance Tuning, Data Sharing)
• Advanced SQL (CTEs, Window Functions, Query Optimization)
• Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and BI best practices
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power Apps is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
