We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on customer projects, coordinate engineering and production, manage schedules and milestones, work with vendors, and make sure everything comes together — including startup, customer acceptance, and warranty.

WHAT YOU’LL DOOwn projects from order execution through completion and warrantyBuild and manage project schedules, milestones, and timelinesCoordinate customers, engineering, production, vendors, shipping, and field serviceReview BOMs, engineering releases, drawings, POs, and product documentationObtain and negotiate quotes for major equipment and materialsTrack progress and resolve design, material, and scheduling issuesCoordinate shipping, startup, manuals, spare parts, and customer acceptanceManage warranty documentation and claimsPresent project updates and schedules to customers and internal teams
WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience5+ years of project management experienceMicrosoft Project experience requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with ERP/project management systemsAbility to read engineering drawings and technical documentationComfortable working directly with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teamsStrong presentation skillsPMP certification preferred
