Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Configuration Expert to support a global SAP Fieldglass programme within a Global Consulting Firm. This is a hands-on techno-functional role responsible for leading configuration activities, supporting global stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of contingent workforce and services procurement processes within SAP Fieldglass.

The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP Fieldglass expertise, a strong understanding of workforce management processes, and experience working with implementation partners and global vendor communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass configuration activities across a global implementation programme.
  • Configure and maintain SAP Fieldglass modules in line with business and operational requirements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Provide techno-functional expertise and recommendations on SAP Fieldglass best practices.
  • Support testing activities, defect resolution, and production issue management.
  • Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and system performance issues.
  • Ensure configuration aligns with business processes, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Support solution documentation, knowledge transfer, and user adoption activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users, maintaining a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in SaaS platforms or enterprise system configuration.
  • Hands-on SAP Fieldglass configuration experience.
  • Experience leading configuration workstreams on at least one global SAP Fieldglass implementation.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and services procurement processes.
  • Experience working closely with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including debugging and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Experience supporting users and delivering high-quality customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within consulting or professional services environments.
  • Experience supporting multi-country or global deployments.
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements, including:
  • Data privacy considerations
  • Worker classification controls
  • Workforce compliance processes
