About Service InService In is a modern services company built to keep spaces ready. We proudly serve 650+ multi-family, commercial and construction clients across the Southeast for painting, cleaning and floor-care doing 250+ jobs a day, and cleaning 2 million sq ft each night.
The RoleWe’re hiring an Account Executive to win and grow multifamily accounts. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and own the client relationship from first outreach through onboarding, repeat bookings, and expansion.You’ll work alongside our Project Managers. They handle crews, dispatch, and execution. You handle new business, pricing, and growing each account.
What you’ll doProspect multifamily properties, present our services, and close new accountsOnboard new clients and secure their first bookingsExpand each property’s use of painting, cleaning, and floor careFind and close recurring janitorial contractsPrepare pricing and proposals, follow up, and closeMonitor account activity and win back properties that slow downBuild relationships with property managers, maintenance teams, and regional decision-makers, and keep accounts intact through staff turnoverRespond quickly to clients and follow through on what you commit toWork with PMs to resolve service issues and close the loop with clients xzbcwsv Keep the CRM and pipeline current
What we’re looking forB2B sales experience, ideally in multifamily, property services, or facilitiesComfortable prospecting, visiting properties, and closingOrganized enough to manage a large portfolio and a busy pipelineStrong follow-through
CompensationOTE: $150,000 (commission based on top-line revenue)Company vehicle provided
