Senior graphic designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, experience working with clients, and the ability to guide and support junior designers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality designs for social media, websites, advertisements, branding, packaging, presentations, and marketing materials. Develop creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Attend client meetings to understand requirements, present design concepts, gather feedback, and provide creative solutions. Coordinate directly with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review design deliverables before submission to maintain quality standards. Mentor and guide junior designers by providing design feedback, training, and support. Assist junior team members in improving design skills, creativity, and productivity. Collaborate with digital marketing, content, UI/UX, and development teams for campaign execution. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry practices.

Preferred Skills

Motion graphics and video editing knowledge. Experience in packaging design and brand identity development. Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance-focused design. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

Tools and Technologies

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) Figma Adobe XD Canva Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Corel DRAW (Preferred) Google Workspace Microsoft Office Suite AI Design Tools (Chat GPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) Project Management Tools (Click Up, Trello, Asana, or similar)

Qualification

2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, and visual campaigns. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in client interaction and requirement gathering. Ability to mentor and lead junior designers effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
