Roles and Responsibilities Objective The role holder is responsible for preparing financials of the company including ECL calculation and NHBregulatory compliances. Roles & Responsibilities Preparation of Balance sheet & profit and loss account for Housing Finance companies on monthlybasis. (on Standalone and Consolidated basis) Preparation of Cash flow statement as per LODR requirement Accounting for Deferred Taxes and Income tax Meeting LODR requirement for quarterly results Preparation of various NHB (Regulatory) returns on respective due dates for onward filing Calculation of ECL Provisioning using ECL model and related accounting Loan Book (AUM) preparation month on month including various cuts for Regulatory reporting Providing Inputs for preparation of Audit committee decks and Boar
