Job description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer based in Mumbai , with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering quality visual content across print and digital mediums, in compliance with pharma regulatory and brand guidelines. This position is open only to candidates based in Mumbai.

• Design promotional materials including visual aids, detailing aids, brand campaigns, and product brochures for pharmaceutical brands
• Develop digital creatives for social media, email campaigns, and web banners
• Create packaging designs, labels, and inserts in line with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to conceptualise and execute campaigns
• Ensure all designs adhere to pharmaceutical advertising guidelines and brand standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
• Maintain and organise design assets, templates, and brand collateral

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of pharma promotional material design (visual aids, LBLs, reminders)
• Knowledge of print production processes and pre-press requirements
• Experience with digital design for social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with brand guidelines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
