This is a fully onsite position, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in financial analysis within the banking sector.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysesSupport budgeting and financial planning processesAnalyze financial data to identify trends and opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisionsEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial informationPerform ad hoc financial analysis as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in banking or financial services is a plus
