Technical Support Representative Financial Services $21.00 per hourMonday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. PDT (6-12 week training schedule, schedule after could vary but will be similar)San Diego, California Temp to Hire

What You’ll Do: Communicate with clients by phone and email to install software, provide login credentials, and deliver training on company products and web-based services.Provide front-line technical support, troubleshooting software and point-of-sale (POS) terminal issues remotely and through in-house testing.Create and maintain client-specific parameter files to support contracted products and services.Order, manage, and deploy POS terminals, hardware, and accessories while maintaining accurate inventory and shipping documentation.Maintain office computers and equipment, coordinating with external contractors for maintenance and repairs as needed.Develop and maintain user and technical documentation for hardware and software.Collaborate with IT and development partners to define POS software and direct host-to-host solution specifications.Coordinate testing and issue resolution to support successful solution delivery.
What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent experience required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.1–3 years of related call center and/or technical troubleshooting experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused, professional approach.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues calmly and effectively.Excellent organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems.Experience with POS terminal devices, software installation, and remote technical support is preferred.
