Job Title: PR & Event Management Intern
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Internship
Working hours: 6am est - 2pm est
Working days: Monday - Saturday.
Compensation: 25 K INR
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented PR & Event Management Intern to support our communications and events team. You’ll get hands-on experience in media relations, brand storytelling, and end-to-end event execution. This role is ideal for someone looking to break into PR, communications, or events and wants real work, not just coffee runs.
What You’ll Do
PR Support: Draft press releases, media pitches, and briefing docs. Maintain media lists and track coverage.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and running events, from corporate activations to press briefings and webinars. Handle logistics like vendor outreach, RSVPs, and on-the-day support.
Content & Comms: Help create social media content around events and PR wins. Write recaps, captions, and internal updates.
Research & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor events, and media mentions. Compile post-event reports and coverage summaries.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
Admin Tasks: Manage event inventories, filing, and basic documentation to keep projects organized.
What We’re Looking For
Final year student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills. You can craft a clear email or pitch.
Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks/deadlines.
Proactive and comfortable taking initiative. You ask questions and follow through.
Familiar with MS Office/Google Workspace. Canva or basic design skills are a plus.
Interest in media, events, and brand building. Previous volunteer/club experience counts.
Hands on experience in PR management and Liaison.
Experience in article, newspapers, and magazines publication
