Job Description About the role We are looking for a P6 Senior Expert, Transformation to strengthen our transformation capability across business process redesign, systems thinking, automation, and AI-enabled operating model change. This role will help the transformation team deeply understand how work happens today, identify gaps and inefficiencies, shape future-state processes, validate opportunities through prototypes or POCs, and provide structured delivery-ready inputs to Product Owners and Technology teams. This is not a traditional Business Analyst or Product Owner role. Product Owners will continue to own detailed functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, release planning, and feature-level success criteria.
