About the Role We are looking for dynamic sales professionals with expertise in Secondary (Resale) Residential Real Estate Sales . The ideal candidate should have experience handling resale transactions, sourcing property owners, negotiating deals, and managing end-to-end property closures. Key Responsibilities Generate and close residential resale transactions across Pune. Source resale inventory from property owners, brokers, and existing clients. Build relationships with homeowners, investors, and channel partners. Match buyers with suitable resale properties based on their requirements. Conduct property inspections, site visits, and client meetings. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms between buyers and sellers. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to registration. C
