As we continue expanding across India, we are looking for an energetic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive franchise sales and achieve monthly territory sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchise partners.
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Conduct virtual presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospects.
• Support franchise partners with business setup, operational guidance, and growth strategies.
• Monitor territory performance and recommend initiatives to improve revenue and market penetration.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth franchise launches.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Ensure franchise partners follow Waasle Laundry's operational standards and brand guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales.
• Strong understanding of sales management and territory planning.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support franchise partners.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and online meeting platforms.
• Experience in franchise, retail, service, or FMCG industries will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
