Parallel Learning is a fast-growing Printing & Fabrication company working with 180+ leading manufacturing clients such as Schindler, Schaeffler, Thermax, Thyssenkrupp, JCB, GE, Jabil, Tetra Pak, and Atlas Copco. We are looking for a creative and passionate 3D Animator Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D animation principles, modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. You will work on product animations, industrial visualizations, marketing videos, and e-learning content. 

Key Responsibilities • Create high-quality 3D models and animations. • Develop realistic products and industrial animations. • Work on character animation, motion graphics, and visual effects (if required). • Apply textures, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques. • Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams. • Edit and refine animations based on feedback. • Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Strong 3D Animation and Animation skills, with the ability to create smooth, realistic, and stylistically appropriate motion.
• Proficiency in Motion Capture workflows, including cleaning, retargeting, and integrating mocap data into animation projects.
• Rigging expertise for characters, props, and mechanical objects, ensuring efficient, production-ready rigs.
• Hands-on experience with Blender for modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation, or willingness to quickly adapt from similar 3D software.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling for educational and safety-focused content.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, receive and implement feedback, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant training or degree in Animation, Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating 3D work is required.
• Familiarity with video production workflows and basic compositing or rendering pipelines is an advantage.
