Companion Care Needed

We are looking to add nighttime care (for my husband who has Parkingsons Disease) to the assistance we already get from 2 other daytime paid caregivers and from our 3 children. About the care needs: We are looking for someone experienced with nighttime care for those with mobility issues. Parkinsons experience would be good but not rqrd. Ideally we want someone who will stay awake and fold laundry and do light housework that does not make noise (ie no vacuuming). We pay weekly. We pay through a household-employer payroll, and withhold social security and medicare and pay the employer's share of those. We report your pay to MN unemployment etc, and we issue a W2 each January.
