We're looking for a strong closer — not just a lead hunter. This role isn't about grinding through 100 cold calls a day; it's for someone who genuinely loves talking to people, understands sales, and knows how to solve a business's problems through our marketing solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience, specifically from an agency background
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and the closing process
• Genuine interest in people — you enjoy conversations, not just transactions
• Ability to understand a client's business problem and position our marketing services as the solution
• Confidence handling objections and driving conversations to a close
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

What you'll do:

• Engage with warm/qualified prospects and guide them through the sales conversation
• Understand client pain points and pitch relevant marketing solutions
• Close deals and build long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure client needs are well understood before and after the sale

Compensation:

• Salary based on interview and experience
• Incentives on top of fixed salary
