Key Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build and manage multi-touch outreach sequences using Apollo.io or similar platforms.
• Research target accounts and understand their Finance, Procurement, AP, ERP, and technology environment.
• Identify and engage relevant decision-makers and influencers.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate contact, activity, and prospect information in HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Create personalized cold emails addressing business challenges such as spend visibility, cost savings, efficiency, and process control.
• Consistently achieve weekly activity and monthly meetings-booked targets.
• Track prospect objections, responses, and successful messaging to improve outreach strategies.

Must Have

• 6 months–3 years of BDR/SDR or relevant outbound sales experience.
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and sales targets.
• Experience with Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales tools.
• Strong ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
• Willingness to learn and grow into an Account Executive role.

Good to Have

• B2B SaaS / technology sales experience.
• Experience selling/prospecting to Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Operations teams.
• Familiarity with ERP, AP, procurement, or financial technology solutions.
