Certified Nurse Assistant I

Novant Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant I to support high-quality, patient-centered care across our acute and outpatient settings. In this role, you will provide direct bedside support including assistance with activities of daily living, vital sign monitoring, mobility, and comfort measures under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will maintain accurate documentation, ensure a safe, clean environment, and respond promptly to patient needs. CNAs at Novant Health collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, communicate compassionately with patients and families, and contribute to our mission of improving health and advancing health equity in our communities.
