Network & EUC Engineer

Position: Network & EUC Engineer Experience: 5 Years Role: Managed IT Services / Infrastructure Support Employment Type: Full-time (1 year contract – Renewable) Location: Onsite - UAE Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Network & EUC Engineer to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure and end-user computing environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, performance, and SLA-driven support across network and EUC services. Key Responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure , routing, switching, and network connectivity. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls , security policies, NAT, and VPN solutions. Manage Aruba switches and Wi-Fi infrastructure , including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Support site-to-site and remote-access VPNs and resolve connectivity/security issues. Provide L2/L3 desk-side and end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, operating systems, and network-related issues. Administer Microsoft Intune-managed devices , including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and troubleshooting. Handle incidents, service requests, and changes in accordance with defined SLAs and ITIL processes . Perform problem management, root-cause analysis , and preventive actions for recurring issues. Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify potential network and endpoint issues. Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, asset records, and technical documentation. Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for escalations and infrastructure changes. Ensure adherence to IT security, access control, change management, and operational standards . Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting . Good experience with Fortinet firewalls and VPN technologies . Hands-on experience with Aruba switching and wireless solutions . Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Windows endpoint management, and Microsoft 365 . Strong understanding of desktop/end-user support and enterprise IT infrastructure. Experience working in a 24x7 or SLA-driven Managed Services environment is preferred. Good knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes. Certifications Required: Fortinet NSE 4 Aruba ACMA / ACSA Cisco CCNA Microsoft MD-102 – added advantage Key Competencies Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
