 Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

 Drive product sales in private and government hospitals.

 Manage tender processes and ensure compliance.

 Achieve regional revenue and profitability goals across customer

segments.

 Identify, develop, and manage business channels in the assigned area.

 Monitor sales activities and implement corrective actions to meet targets.

 Collaborate with the Key Account team to explore new opportunities.

 Identify market development opportunities to increase unit growth and

category share.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase authorities,

distributors, and dealers.

 Ensure programmatic engagement between the company and key accounts.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.

 MBA/Postgraduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing preferred.
