Responsibilities:Create content for blog posts, fact sheets, presentations, research reports, and other communications materialsManage the organization’s website and digital communications channelsPlan, design, and execute promotional and advocacy campaignsDraft, edit, and distribute communications to members, stakeholders, and Capitol HillAssist the Director of Media Relations and Communications with daily news monitoring on issues important to the organization and its membersProvide cross-functional support for a variety of communications needsPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications1–3 years of demonstrated communications experience with a business association, political campaign, congressional or executive branch office, corporate communications team, or public affairs agencyBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field xzbcwsv Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and After EffectsExperience with WordPress is requiredExperience with digital communications and social mediaStrong writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and able to follow through in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyInterest in international trade, tax, and commerce is a plus
