Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to work with the Business Development team.This role involves direct outreach to source and execute the acquisition of CPA/accounting firms,wealth management firms, complementary companies, and financial advisors.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the sourcing of recruiting financial advisors from external broker dealers.Assisting in the sourcing of and execution of acquiring CPA / accounting firms.Assisting in the sourcing of and execution of acquiring wealth management firms for KuttinWealth Management.Assisting in the sourcing of and execution of acquiring companies for the Kuttin Family Office.
Primary activities include:• Thematic review of industries to help identify attractive investment areas• Pipeline cultivation and creation• Emailing targets• Cold calling• Relationship management with targets• Diligence work, including but not limited to, modeling, legal documents, etc
