Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with parents and students, ensure a seamless learning experience, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Encourage course continuation and renewals by delivering excellent service. Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM. Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality targets.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred. Comfortable working in night shifts and a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Servicing, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience in the Ed Tech industry is an added advantage.
