LTC CNA Position Certifications Required: BLS MN CNA License required at time of submission. No clinical involvement. Must have 2+ years of experience in Minnesota nursing homes. PCC (Point Click Care) experience is required. Number of Beds/Residents: 40. EMR: PointClickCare. Ratios: RNs: Days: 1:20, Nights: 1:40, CNAs: 1:10. Common diagnosis/types of patients: CHF, COPD, Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Diabetes. Are there IVs or titratable drips? Minimal IV meds. DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Charge Nurse. Shifts
