Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based at IEC College Of Engineering & Technology in Greater Noida, focused on Soft Skills Training and Personal Development Planning (PDP) for students. The freelancer will design and deliver interactive sessions on communication, teamwork, leadership, professional etiquette, and interview readiness. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting classroom and workshop-based training, facilitating group activities, and providing individual feedback and mentoring to students. The role also involves collaborating with placement and academic teams to align soft skills and PDP modules with industry requirements, preparing training materials and assessments, and tracking learner progress. The freelancer is expected to maintain clear documentation of sessions, share regular reports, and continuously refine training content based on feedback and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong soft skills training capabilities, including communication skills, presentation skills, and public speaking.
Experience in personal development planning, career guidance, and interview preparation for students or early-career professionals.
Ability to design and deliver engaging training modules, workshops, and classroom sessions using interactive and learner-centered methods.
Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to diverse groups of learners.
Prior exposure to engineering or technical education environments, especially in training for campus recruitment and placements, is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a master’s degree in Management, Education, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
Comfort working on campus in Greater Noida during scheduled hours, with flexibility to align with academic and placement calendars.
Professional certifications in soft skills, training, counseling, or PDP will be considered an added benefit.
