Educational Qualification:
Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction supervision and/or Quality Control
Proven experience in urban bridge and flyover projects
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise for construction supervision and quality control of bridges and flyovers
Review and ensure compliance of structural drawings, designs, and technical specifications with approved standards and contract requirements
Supervise construction activities including foundations, substructures, superstructures, bearings, expansion joints, and approach works
Monitor implementation of QA/QC procedures and ensure quality of materials and workmanship
Review contractor’s method statements, construction sequences, and quality assurance plans
Carry out inspections, testing, and verification of structural components and construction materials
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during execution of works
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for effective project implementation
Verify measurements, certify quantities, and assist in preparation of interim payment certificates
Prepare technical inputs for progress reports and completion documentation
Ensure compliance with safety, traffic management, and environmental requirements at site
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of bridge and flyover construction practices
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and specifications
Experience with RCC / PSC structures and associated construction techniques
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
