<p>WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – CAREER SERVICES &amp; PLACEMENTS </p><p><br /></p><p> Location: Bangalore </p><p> Experience: 12–15 Years </p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to head our Career Services &amp; Placements function and drive impactful career outcomes for learners. </p><p><br /></p><p> Key Responsibilities: </p><p>* Lead the overall Career Services &amp; Placement strategy </p><p>* Build strong relationships with CHROs, TA Leaders, Corporates &amp; Staffing Firms </p><p>* Drive employer partnerships and placement opportunities across multiple industries </p><p>* Lead learner employability and career readiness initiatives </p><p>* Own end-to-end placement operations and hiring events </p><p>* Track placement performance, recruiter engagement, and learner outcomes </p><p>* Lead and mentor teams across Corporate Outreach, Career Services &amp; Placement Operations </p><p><br /></p><p> What We’re Looking For: </p><p>* 12–15 years of experience in Career Services, Placements, Corporate Relations, TA, or HR </p><p>* 7–9 years of experience in leading Placement/Career Services teams </p><p>* Strong employer and recruiter network </p><p>* Proven experience in building corporate partnerships and driving placement outcomes </p><p>* Experience in Higher Education, Universities, EdTech, or Workforce Development preferred </p><p>* MBA/PGDM preferred </p>
