BlackLine Analyst required for a long-term, fully onsite engagement in Greensboro, North Carolina, supporting the development of a Financial Systems Center of Excellence.

The role will focus on financial close transformation, reconciliation standardisation, automation, and BlackLine implementation, working closely with Finance, IT, and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop global reconciliation policies, risk methodologies, templates, and procedures.
• Establish governance frameworks and process ownership.
• Support BlackLine module implementations, including Transaction Matching, Journals, Variance Analysis, and Task Management.
• Coordinate financial data integrations across subledgers, banking systems, and FX sources.
• Assess and improve intercompany accounting processes.
• Gather requirements and support system configuration, UAT, and deployment.
• Drive process automation, improve data quality, and strengthen financial controls.
• Develop documentation, deliver training, and support knowledge transfer.

Skills & Experience

• Strong BlackLine experience, particularly financial close and reconciliation solutions.
• Experience with account reconciliations, general ledger, journals, and month-end close.
• Knowledge of BlackLine modules and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with system implementations, data integrations, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or Power Query desirable.

Open to candidates based in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington, Kernersville, Lexington, Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina, who can commute to Greensboro daily.
