Accounts Intern | Pune
Cranberry Design Studio is looking for an Accounts Intern to support our day-to-day accounts work and learn how finance operations work in a growing business.
What you'll do:
Make quotations in Excel and send them to clients.
Create and send invoices using our invoicing software.
Keep track of pending invoices and payments.
Follow up with clients for pending payments.
Update invoices as paid once the payment is received.
Collect purchase bills and invoices from the team every month.
Organise the bills and send them to our CA team for accounting.
Help prepare the monthly P&L and cash-flow statement.
Keep basic records of our bank and tax portal accounts.
Help with other accounts-related coordination and documentation.
What we're looking for:
B. Com / BBA  student or recent graduate.
Comfortable with Excel and basic numbers.
Organised and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Willing to learn and take responsibility for routine tasks.
Freshers are welcome.
