Job Summary 

We are looking for a Delegate Acquisition Associate who will be responsible for managing 

webinars, coordinating with partners and customers, handling registrations, and supporting 

lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, 

a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and manage webinars for global IT brands and partners. 

• Communicate with customers and partners via calls and emails. 

• Manage webinar registrations, reminders, and follow-ups. 

• Support customer engagement and relationship management activities. 

• Conduct market research and data research as required. 

• Assist the Lead Generation team with appointment setting and follow-ups. 

• Maintain records, reports, and activity trackers. 

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
