Business development manager

<p> Department – Jindal Institute of Leadership Development &amp; Executive Education (JILDEE) </p> <p> Location - O. P. Jindal Global University (JGU), Sonipat, Haryana </p> <p> Key Responsibilities: </p> <p>• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, PSUs, government agencies, and industry associations for executive education and leadership training. </p> <p>• Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR heads, L&amp; D teams, and corporate training decision-makers. </p> <p>• Collaborate with program directors and faculty to co-create tailored leadership development solutions. </p> <p>• Drive revenue targets by promoting open-enrollment programs and custom executive education offerings. </p> <p>• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and align offerings with industry needs. </p> <p>• Develop proposals, pitch decks, and ROI-based solutions for clients. </p> <p>• Track business development metrics, pipelines, and conversion ratios; report regularly to leadership. </p> <p> Qualifications and Experience: </p> <p>• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred </p> <p>• 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or executive education, preferably in an academic or training institute environment. </p> <p>• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships. </p> <p>• Understanding of adult learning principles, corporate L&amp; D needs, and leadership development trends. </p> <p> Skills and Competencies: </p> <p>• Strong B2 B relationship-building and consultative sales skills. </p> <p>• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. </p> <p>• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. </p> <p>• Strategic thinking and problem-solving approach. </p>
