We are looking for a Business Development Officer with a proven track record in the Beauty & Personal Care / Cosmetic Ingredients industry to drive lead generation and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads using multiple lead generation methods
• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns to identify and engage prospects
• Build and maintain lead databases through structured lead collection
• Conduct lead outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn
• Maintain and update prospect and pipeline data in CRM tools
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that help generate leads and enhance marketing efforts

Industry Knowledge (Beauty & Personal Care / Cosmetic Ingredients)

• Hands-on experience working within the beauty & personal care / cosmetic ingredients industry
• Awareness of latest market trends and developments
• Understanding of ingredients used across beauty, personal care and cosmetic formulations
• Familiarity with the dealer and distributor network
• Knowledge of key brands and clients in the space

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Beauty & Personal Care / Cosmetic Ingredients industry
• Direct work experience in the same industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of various lead generation methods
• Hands-on experience with Lusha and RocketReach
• Proficiency in CRM tools
• Must have working knowledge of ChatGPT and Claude
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Experience with any specific AI tools and services
