Eligibility

Any Graduate / Undergraduate Minimum 6 months of experience in International BPO – Mandatory Good communication skills Good computer knowledge and typing skills Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day back-office support activities . Process and maintain customer/process-related information accurately. Perform data entry and documentation as required. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Follow process guidelines and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams whenever required. Maintain accuracy and productivity as per process requirements.
