Location: Chennai & Kerala

Department: Agency

CTC: ₹3.75 – ₹5.40 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years | Prior field Sales/ Tele sales experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and activate advisors as per monthly targets

• Drive advisor productivity and business performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors

• Conduct regular performance reviews and guide advisors on career progression

• Generate revenue and acquire new customers through face-to-face and digital channels

• Conduct 2 joint calls daily

• Review performance with the Branch Manager on a weekly basis

• Attend company meetings and training programs

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Networking & team management abilities

Comfortable with digital tools

Good business acumen

Personal vehicle required
