Job Title: Assembly C (2nd Shift) Job Code: 46396 Job Location: Rochester, NY Job Schedule: 4/10: Monday - Thursday Job Description: This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products. This role is responsible for performing hand soldering on electronic assemblies. Essential Functions: Performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies. Follows an engineered assembly process. Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels. Train and mentor other assemblers when required. Working in multi-functional teams. Touch up and Rework of electronics boards. This position does not require travel Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience Preferred Additional Skills: Previous assembly experience & skills Strong mechanical background Harris product knowledge Microsoft Office programs experience Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements utilizing lean manufacturing skills IPC 7711 certification Time Management skills Problem solving skills Self-motivated individual Leadership qualities Advanced communication skills The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $41,500 - $76,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
