Full Cycle Restaurant Bookkeeper | Client Advisor

Cirrus Consulting is a fast growing, tech focused accounting and bookkeeping firm serving restaurant operators across the United States. We’re looking for several Client Advisors to join our team.

As a Client Advisor, you’ll own the daily, weekly, and monthly books for a group of QuickBooks Online and Restaurant365 clients. This is a full cycle restaurant bookkeeping position.
You’re reliable, crazy organized (your follow ups have follow ups), and you take pride in your work. You value flexibility and genuinely care about your clients and your teammates.
What you'll do day to day:
Post accounts payable invoicesMake daily sales journal entriesPost payroll journal entriesReconcile bank and general ledger accountsHandle month end and year end closing accounting functionsPrepare financial reports and walk clients through them

Who we're looking for:
Experience in full cycle bookkeeping or accounting for restaurant clients within the last 12 monthsQuickBooks Online or Restaurant365 experienceAn accounting degree OR 5+ years running the full cycle accountingExperience using MarginEdge, Plate IQ or xtraCHEF.Availability 9 to 5 Eastern Time, wherever you’re locatedWorking knowledge of ExcelSomeone who solves problems instead of waiting for someone to fix them.Someone who is organized and detail orientated.
