Medical-Surgical Graduate Nurse Resident

TriStar Health, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Resident I Graduate Nurse for our Med-Surg team. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver direct patient care under the guidance of experienced preceptors while building core med-surg competencies. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, documentation, and supporting admissions, discharges, and post-operative care.
