This role is for a Senior Developer with software engineering experience who will design, build, and optimize applications using React.js, Next.js, Java, and AWS. The role focuses on creating scalable web solutions that enable seamless digital interactions, with a strong preference for candidates with payments domain experience. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

• Develop and maintain a scalable, reusable, and accessible component platform and design system using React.js, Next.js, Typescript, Tailwind CSS or CSS Modules , leveraging advanced stack capabilities (SSR/SSG, state management at scale, and custom micro-frontends) across foundational primitives, complex workflow components, theming, documentation, and versioned releases.
• Define and evolve standardized UI patterns (forms, validation, tables/grids, document upload, approvals, error handling, notifications, and entitlement-based rendering) to deliver consistent customer journeys.
• Drive front-end performance engineering by optimizing bundle strategies, rendering efficiency, client-side caching, and Core Web Vitals under real-world workloads using deep knowledge of browser rendering pipelines.
• Implement front-end logging, metrics collection, correlation IDs, trace linkage, monitoring dashboards, and production support runbooks to ensure operational reliability.
• Partner with backend teams (Advanced Java, AWS) to shape UI-optimized API contracts (latency expectations, pagination, error semantics, idempotency, versioning) and drive UI-friendly architectures such as Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
• Lead secure-by-design UI engineering by applying strict security practices across front-end and back-end tiers—including AuthN/AuthZ flows, secure session handling, Web Security standards (CORS, XSS, CSRF), dependency governance, web accessibility (WCAG), and compliance guardrails.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement resilient payment domain systems.
• Establish and enforce continuous testing mastery (Unit, Integration, E2E via Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and front-end build pipelines (Vite, Webpack, Module Federation) while coaching engineers to elevate standards in component quality and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively in a hybrid team setting, driving code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and platform reliability enhancements within a day-shift schedule.
