Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to help us identify and acquire corporate clients looking for business funding. You will connect with potential clients, understand their funding needs, coordinate with internal teams and banks/NBFCs, and support the process until the loan is successfully closed.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify companies looking for business loans and other debt-funding solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Speak with clients to understand their business, financial position, and funding requirements.
• Explain FinGurus’ debt advisory services and funding solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with the internal credit team for client evaluation and documentation.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan applications, follow-ups, and approvals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain client details, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry events as a representative of FinGurus.

Required Skills

• Strong B2B sales and lead-generation skills.
• Basic understanding of business loans and financial products.

Qualification

• Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM is preferred.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or corporate lending will be an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Incentives based on successful closures
