Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and friendly manner. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow Teleperformance’s guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality service. Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent educational qualification. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international voice process. Excellent spoken and written English skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
