About the Role

The IT Officer ensures smooth operation of SCG’s digital systems, providing user support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity compliance.

Key Responsibilities Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage user accounts and system access. Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and escalate issues. Support deployment of business applications and ERP systems. Maintain IT assets and ensure compliance with IT security standards. Train employees on IT tools and practices.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. 0–3 years in IT support or system administration; new graduates are welcome . Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and office productivity tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
