Role: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure effective lead management and CRM compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.
Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams (mandatory).
Prior experience in Ed Tech or B2 C sales will be preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
